What’s covered?
- Accidental loss or damage and theft whilst anywhere in the world
- The full value of the purchased item(s)
- We will always try to repair or replace your jewellery as closely as possible to the original
What’s not covered?
- Loss or theft outside your home unless you’re wearing or carrying your jewellery and watches, or have locked it in a safe or locker
- Damage caused by maintenance or alteration
- Wear and tear, scratching or denting or faulty maintenance or design.
There is an excess of £100. This is the amount of any agreed claim for which you are responsible. We will deduct it from the benefit you receive or require you to pay it to us.
To be eligible for Zing Cover you must be over 18 years of age, normally resident in the United Kingdom and have no unspent criminal convictions.
