General T’s & C’s
- All of our watches come with a 12 month warranty if the original manufactures warranty has expired.
- All purchases require photo I.D and proof of address
- Collection can be arranged in our Hatton Garden store,
- Bank transfers accepted. Goods will only be released once payment has cleared in our bank. This is usually instant but can take up to 72 hours.
- The name on the bank account used to pay must match the name on the I.D
- All Major Credit Cards are accepted in store
Refunds & Returns
We offer a 7 day refund period from the date of purchase providing the watch is returned as sold to you.
Once you have submitted a refund request your item will need to be inspected by our in house team. Once inspected we will then issue a refund.
If you wish to return the item after the 7 day refund period then we will make you an offer based on the condition and current market value of the watch.
HG Watches & Jewellery requires contact by phone, post, or e-mail as goods sent back without prior consent from HG Watches & Jewellery will be sent back at your cost. If you would like to return items brought from this website, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition. We will refund the cost of the items; however, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Disclaimer
- HG Watches & Jewellery reserve the right to cancel any order made by a customer at any time if they feel that the transaction request may be fraudulent, malicious or likely to harm their organisation in any way. All goods remain the property of HG Watches until payment has been received for them and customers may not insist that HG Watches honour any erroneous pricing or errors in the product description.

Payment will appear on your bank statement as HG Watches LTD
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method and payment card expiration date so that we can complete your transaction and contact you as needed.
Sales tax will be added to the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change price at any time.
All payments shall be made in GB Pounds.
You agree to pay all charges at the price then in effect for your purchases and any applicable shipping fees, and you authorise us to charge your chosen payment provider for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors pr mistakes in pricing , even if we have already requested or received payment.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed through the website. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same payment method, and/or orders that use the same billing or shipping address. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgement, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributers.
Faulty or Damaged Product Policy
In the event that an item sent to you is found to be faulty, you may send it back to us for a replacement or refund. Please note you must let us know if you require a replacement within 7 days of receipt, we will not accept any claims for damaged or faulty items which we have not been notified of in this time. We will refund the cost of sending the item back to us.

If you would like to exchange your items for different products in our range, you may do so within 7 days of receiving them. Items returned must be in a new and unused condition and in their original unopened packaging. Please detail which items you would like as replacements. We will charge your card for the cost of sending these replacements out to you, as well as any extra balance that your updated order may incur. Please note that our return policy also applies.
